The service

Subtitles Translator is a Chrome extension that translates subtitles of supported streaming services in real time using machine translation. Translations are automatic and may contain inaccuracies.

Free trial and subscription

Without sign-in: about 5 minutes of free translation; after signing in with Google: about 10 more minutes.
Subscription: €2.99 per month, paid in advance via Stripe and renewed automatically every month.
You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in the extension; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
The price does not include VAT as the provider is not VAT-registered.

Right of withdrawal

By starting a subscription you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital service already provided. If you have a problem, contact us – we review every refund request.

Acceptable use

Automated or bulk use, circumventing limits and resale are prohibited. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content of streaming services, translation inaccuracies or temporary unavailability. The extension is not affiliated with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon or any other streaming service.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms with notice in the extension or by email. Bulgarian law applies.
